Receive an estimate of what your photoshoot will cost for your approval, as well as a summary of what we discussed in our consultation.
You can either approve the quote, ask for a second quote with certain elements changed (e.g. no HMUA, no drone), or decide to not proceed.
Contract and retainer
After quote approval, you’ll sign a SOW + Service Agreement contract and pay a retainer fee.
Prior to shooting
We will workshop concept, and talk more in depth about what content you need created. We will make a game plan for day-of.
During this time [If applicable], models are casted, media teams hired, stylists hired. Locations are sourced. Mood boards are made, call lists and shot lists are prepared. Client stays updated throughout the process of hiring and has opportunities to provide feedback.
All fees must be paid at this time.
Edited files are sent to you in a gallery. You have the option to submit editing requests at this time.
You make selects for which images you'd like to use your available licenses on and purchase additional licenses if needed.
Typically, turnaround time for photography is 3 weeks. Galleries are live for 2 years.
First draft video is sent to you via Dropbox, Vimeo or WeTransfer.
Client must provide feedback in a timely manner to video editor. Typically, turnaround for first draft video is 6-8 weeks, with additional feedback taking another 2-3 weeks. Music and special requests must be sent to video editor within 3 days of photoshoot date for deadlines to be met.

If you are looking to license images for an article, please reach out via my contact for or to email@example.com. You will need to sign a licensing agreement prior to receiving files.
We’ll sign a contract based on the terms of photo usage.

We will schedule a 30m consultation to talk about and plan your session. During this, we'll talk about specific requests, location, outfit recommendations.
After this, you’ll sign a contract and put down a retainer. Retainer fees are 30% of the photo session cost.
Most portrait sessions are 1-2 hours long. Wedding coverage starts at 6 hours.
When will I see the final images?
- Average turnaround for portrait sessions is 3 weeks.
- Average editing turnaround for weddings is 4-8 weeks.
Edited copies of your images are sent to you in a gallery that doubles as a print shop. You have the option to submit editing requests after receiving images.
